Driving in Europe Part 3 : Slovenia , Back to Italy and Greece

Next morning I went to investigate the city Ljubljana . It's a beautiful city like my dreams or seen in the movies. I roamed around full day Like "Alice in dreamland' 😍.

I saw one interesting art on road side. What I understood  that it shows that how the Christians are great and how they become. The Art was interesting  which is the same "We are great" propaganda I saw in many many places around the globe.

I stayed for two days and met couple of young people. One guy was driving on carvan with in the Europe and his plan to reach all the European countries. The lucky guys, they don't need the visa. That's why the person just out of the college they go for a trip because they do not require visa for one or two third countries of the world. I think that this is the best time to explore the world when you are young . We the Asian people, we have to struggle.

I stayed in Slovenia capital for three days. I finally decided to go to Turkey via Greece and I had only 5 days remaining. I checked the route and it was going through a country and I started driving in the morning at 10 o'clock and I was happy that I was passing by the tolls because I have the Vijeta and the trucks are there on the toll lines,
Driving for 50 or 60 kilometers when I was passing through another post, and I almost crossed it, I realized, this is not regular toll post and it looks something a police post. I turned back and went to the police post and asked them why is this post here (as it didn't look like a toll-post). They told me it's  the Croatia border. I showed them my visa and they say this is not covered in the Shengen visa so basically I do not have that country visa. So I returned back to the Slovenia post and confirmed with them also, they said "yes, you are not allowed to go through that country to the Greece. (See my Planning).

I went to Croatia border by foot (10 m) and thanked them for stopping me. I mean they didn't stop me actually so basically I thanked GOD. If by mistake I had entered that country, I would have been in trouble at the exit point towards the Greece.

Now I was stuck here, not much time. I checked for the map and there is no other way to go to the Greece without going through these three countries which are not the part of Shengen visa.

I asked the police. he told me one city and that there might be fairies available there for Greece from Slovenia but he was not sure. There was another city which is quite famous (Triste) so I planned to go to Italy again and try my luck there.

I took a U-turn (which I hate most) from the border and went through the country side roads, villages, bars but didn't have time to spend the night there or drink because I had to reach to Triste by the night. So I just drove. And the Triste, as I it looks very sad city. Later when I learned a bit of Spanish, I found the meaning of Triste is also like sad or unhappy.

I got an hostel through booking.com and the next day I went to find out the fairy from Italy to Greece as told by many people. I found that there used to be some from Trieste but now no more fairies from here. I visited the dakyard and get the first glims of the dying Europe by wathcing that abondan place.

I drove next morning to Venice and from the Venice outskirt I went to the place where I took the ferry . It's basically a ship and it's journmey of around 24 hour, I booked my ticket for the journal lobby. I made a friend who was from Greece returning from Germany and understand a little bit of English. We spent time on exploring cruise various parts and its all together different world for me , different characters on the ship deck, some one reading with earphone, someone swimming , someone sunbathing etc etc,

When I finished the trip , My friend just disappeared with his truck and I realised that he must bemissing his big girlfriend and home very much.

When i discarded from the ship, There was no checking at all. Even no police was there. That's how I understood how many immigrants go to the Europe in the board because there is no checking at all.

Egnatia Odos or Egnatia Motorway (Greek: Εγνατία Οδός, often translated as Via Egnatia, code: A2) is the Greek part of European route . It is a motorway in Greece that extends from the western port of Igoumenitsa to the eastern Greek–Turkish border at Kipoi (Wikipedia).

So many Tunnels that surprised me and I didnt' like them much because you goe blind when you enter the tunnel and with a small bike maintaining 80-90 kmpl Speed, it's like leaving yourself in God's hands because you suddenly become blind. I think I got Tunnelphobia 😭

Okay, one tunnel, second , third, another, and another, may be 20th tunnel. It's not possible. Later I searched on google and found that it was total 76 tunnels (with a combined length of 99 km / 61.5 miles) and 1,650 bridges which  I drove in 650 kms.

Next post "Entry in Turkey and first town".

How to sale motorcycle in Malaysia

I have been thinking that I should write a blog regarding selling of motorcycle as I have written a blog how to buy motorcycle in Malaysia. Actually it's very simple process and because I didn't know the process, I was very concerned how is it going to be happen. First of all I contacted the dealer from where I had bought the motorcycle because he had told me that he will buy it back within 1 year at a good price. I bought this motorcycle at 7000 MYR and he said that they would buy it back at around 5000. But when I went back to the dealer, the person I spoke to was nowhere to be found and some Chinese origin lady was there in his place. They inspected my bike and other things, i.e.  my papers etc. My bike had run 11500 kms and it was 1 year and 3 month old. They offer me a price of 4000. Anyway, after one week, when I had finished all my works, I went back to them and lady told me they will give me only 3000. I was furious about how they can deny on their own words. I went to ...
